Dorothy and Murray both taught for many years before transitioning from the classroom to a rewarding life beyond teaching.

For Dorothy the route out was via property development.

Murray founded his own agency. He took his training in psychotherapy into organsiations, as a consultant in business and communications.

Together, Murray and Dorothy set up Personal Aspirations to enable teachers to transfer their teaching excellence into business acumen.
